Selling Offers
Verified CRT members who represent genuine sellers can post commodity selling offers on the CRT platform. Offers are visible to all verified platform participants and can be matched with posted buying requirements or responded to directly. This function is in development.
What a selling offer is
A selling offer is a structured, verified notice posted by a CRT member who represents a genuine seller with available commodity product. It includes: commodity type and specification (SGS or equivalent verification reference where applicable); quantity; origin and provenance; delivery terms; pricing basis; availability window; and any conditions.
Selling offers must represent genuinely available product. CRT's Code of Conduct explicitly prohibits misrepresentation of availability, specification, title or provenance.
Who can post selling offers
Selling offers can be posted by verified platform participants who:
- Hold current CRT membership with active platform access
- Can demonstrate genuine authority from the seller or title-holder (supported by a Digital Mandate Credential where applicable)
- Can attest that the product described is genuinely available and accurately described
Posting a false, exaggerated or unsupported selling offer is a breach of the Code of Conduct and grounds for removal from the platform.
Offer conduct rules
All selling offers on the CRT platform are subject to the following rules:
- The product described must exist and must be genuinely available for sale
- The specification must be accurate — no inflated grades, quantities or provenance claims
- The poster must hold genuine authority from the principal seller or title-holder
- Chain-of-title information must be accurate and available to provide to interested buyers on request
- Offers must not relate to sanctioned goods, restricted origins or prohibited categories
- Duplicate posting of the same product is not permitted without disclosure
Limitations
