Business Membership
CRT Business Membership is for organisations engaged in or directly supporting international commodity trade. It gives the organisation access to CRT services at the entity level, and includes access for a defined number of named personnel to individual certification and credentials.
Who Business Membership is for
Business Membership is designed for organisations including: commodity trading companies and desks; brokerages and intermediaries; commodity-focused logistics and inspection firms; trade finance operations; and other businesses for whom commodity trade is a primary activity.
Individual practitioners within member organisations will be able to access Professional Membership benefits — including certification — as part of the Business Membership package, subject to the number of named personnel included in the tier.
What Business Membership includes
- Named personnel access to Foundation Certificate and other learning programmes
- Access to the Trade Integrity Passport for certified personnel
- Eligibility for the Digital Mandate Credential for authorised mandates
- Organisational access to the CRT trade platform (when live)
- Eligibility for Business Assurance review (when available)
- Access to the CRT intelligence library
- CRT Business Member designation and listing (when established)
Eligibility
Business Membership requires that the organisation:
- Is a legal entity registered in a recognised jurisdiction
- Is engaged in, or directly supports, international physical commodity trade as a primary activity
- Provides accurate and complete information about its structure and activities
- Agrees that named personnel bound by the membership will comply with the CRT Code of Conduct
- Has no sanction or conduct history inconsistent with CRT's standards
